Fit For Me educates clients about whole foods, promotes a balanced diet and provides easy, crowd-pleasing recipes to keep your tastebuds happy, your tummy full and your body fueled with healthy foods! Fit For Me believes that healthy, fit bodies are made in the kitchen and what better way to implement a full lifestyle change, than to include both exercise and healthy food choices in your daily life?

Nutrition Coaching: $595 (only $85/week) and includes but not limited to:

Initial Consultation includes assessment of current eating habits, taste preferences, etc.

Grocery Store Trip, Food selection information, Product suggestions, tastings and recs​​​​, Pantry and Fridge tips and tricks

Personalized Recipes: a minimum of 2/week for 6 weeks
