Fit For Me educates clients about whole foods, promotes a balanced diet + provides easy, crowd-pleasing recipes to keep your tastebuds happy, your tummy full + your body fueled with healthy foods! Fit For Me believes that healthy, fit bodies are made in the kitchen + what better way to implement a full lifestyle change, than to include both exercise + healthy food choices in your daily life?

Nutrition Coaching*: $595/individual (only $85/week) OR $495/per person for 2+ participants (only $71/week) and includes but not limited to:

Initial Consultation includes assessment of current eating habits, taste preferences, allergies, etc.

Weekly Habit Stacking to help seamlessly layer healthy habits into your life, introduced via email each Saturday

Minimum of 4 personalized recipes each week + Meal Prep ideas for each recipe to simplify your week, via Google Drive and email

Weekly Meal Prep/Batch Cooking recipes for breakfast, lunch + snacks

Personalized Pinterest Board for Tried and True Recipes + new recipes
