Lift It Up is a comprehensive 8-week coaching program designed specifically for modern, busy women. If you are a woman who is ready to incorporate safe, sensible and healthy fitness + nutrition habits into your life, is confused by all the conflicting information out there or in need support + guidance to (re)establish SIMPLE lifestyle shifts that WORK, then Lift It Up is for YOU!

Lift It Up has 2 available formats:

Private Small Group Program. This format is for 2+ friends and is available virtual or in person. It is fully customizable to your timing + schedule. This format is excellent for ladies who are new to lifting weights, recovering from an injury/illness or need a little extra coaching in the kitchen. $795/per person (only $99/week). Workouts available in person or online.

Challenge Group. This VIRTUAL format is for anyone who wants to join the fun! It is excellent for ladies who are looking for support and accountability, thrive off an enthusiastic group of participants or are excited to engage in this amazing program at a discounted price. You can add your name to the "I'm Interested" Waitlist for an upcoming Challenge Group by emailing or texting Melissa! $595/per person (only $75/week) before discounts! Special pricing available for previous Lift It Up participants that want to get in on the action a second (or third or fourth time)!
Both Lift It Up Program formats include but are not limited to:
- Individualized coaching to help you set your personal goal(s), how you will measure your goal(s) + develop a plan to achieve it (them)
- Initial exercise form evaluation + recommendations
