SMALL GROUP TRAINING


Working with you and 1-4 of your friends to get stronger, healthier + more fit, together! No matter your fitness level, small group training is a cost-effective way to push yourself physically, while laughing + chatting. Fitness is more fun with friends! Pricing is as follows:

- $45*/per person/per session for (1-2) 60 min. sessions per week
- $35*/per person/per session for (3) 60 min sessions per week
- $20*/per person/per session for (1 or more) 30 min. Strength Training sessions per week.​​

*$5 travel fee added if I am traveling to you.
