Working with you and 1-3 of your friends to get stronger, healthier and more fit, together! No matter your fitness level, small group training is a cost-effective way to push yourself physically, while laughing and chatting. Fitness is more fun with friends! Pricing is as follows:

- $40-$45*/per person/per session for (1-2) 60 min. sessions per week
- $35-$40*/per person/per session for (3) 60 min sessions per week
- $20-$25*/per person/per session for (2 or more) 30 min. weight lifting sessions per week.​​
