BOOST is a 7-week extension of Lift It Up. You have integrated Lift It Up into your REAL life and you have the basics…a foundation for healthy living.
The groundwork is laid and it’s time to take the next steps. Together, we will BOOST your fitness + nutrition game, your energy, education, confidence and self-esteem!
During BOOST, you will…​​

Review Lift It Up principles and re-establish habits that may have tapered off

Identify roadblocks that are standing in the way of reaching your goals

Navigate middle-age metabolism

Discover how to lose body fat while maintaining muscle mass

Practice implementing an effective nutrition cycle of fat loss + maintenance

BOOST has 2 available formats:

Private Small Group Program. This format is for 2+ friends and is available virtual or in person. It is fully customizable to your timing + schedule. This format is excellent for ladies who need the flexibility of personalized scheduling, prefer one-on-one coaching, are recovering from an injury/illness or don't want to wait for the next Challenge Group. $695/per person (only $99/week). Workouts available in person or online.

Challenge Group. This VIRTUAL format is for anyone who wants to join the fun! It is excellent for ladies who are looking for support and accountability, thrive off an enthusiastic group of participants or are excited to engage in this amazing program at a discounted price. You can add your name to the "I'm Interested" Waitlist for an upcoming Challenge Group by emailing or texting Melissa! $525/per person (only $75/week) before discounts! Special pricing available for previous BOOST participants that want to get in on the action a second (or third or fourth time!

Weekly Coach Call via text/phone/ZOOM to answer any questions, brainstorm challenges, etc.

Two NEW weight workouts each week via Google Drive to access at your convenience. These workouts are yours to keep and include coaching on how to use them effectively in the future!

Weekly DAILY DO IT (exercise “add on” to help take your workouts to the next level)

Weekly Focus coaching to educate + demonstrate how to navigate fat loss + muscle maintenance with cyclical nutrition introduced via email each week
- Daily texts + emails + support + motivation + encouragement + tips

Minimum of 2 NEW recipes each week + Meal Prep ideas for each recipe via Google Drive, email and Pinterest
