PERSONAL TRAINING

Working one on one with clients to create and implement a comprehensive lifestyle shift. After an Initial Consultation, which includes goal-setting, a review of your health history, scheduling and a short fitness evaluation, we will work together to develop a realistic fitness plan to reach your personal goals!  The benefits of Personal Training are clear and Fit For Me takes it to the next level, providing:

No matter how many sessions we have each week, you will receive consistent support, encouragement and coaching. Fit For Me clients should expect a comprehensive approach to establishing a healthier lifestyle.  Consider coupling Personal Training with Nutrition Coaching for a complete package.      

  • (1- 2) Individual 60 min. sessions per week: $50-$60*/session

  • (3) Individual 60 min. sessions per week: $125-$155*/week    

  • (1- 3) Individual 30 min. weight lifting sessions per week:$25-$35*/session

  • 6 To Success**: $795-$895*

**6 To Success is a 6 week program designed to re-intergrate exercise into your life or to help you get ready for a special event! Considering both form and function, as well as intensity and duration we will work together to implement a realistic, balanced exercise rountine. At the end of 6 To Success, you can expect to feel stronger, healthier and confident in your exercise habits!  6 To Success includes, but is not limited to:

  • Initial Consultation, including Goal Setting, Coaching Plan and Initial Fitness Evaluation
  • (3) 60 minute individual Personal Training sessions per week for 6 weeks
  • Mid-Point Measurements (Week 4)Transition Planning (Week 5) and Final Fitness Evaluation (Week 6)
