Working one on one with clients to create + implement an efficient fitness routine into your busy life! After an Initial Consultation, which includes goal-setting, a review of your health history, scheduling and a short form + fitness evaluation, together we will develop a realistic fitness plan to reach your personal goals!  The benefits of Personal Training are clear + Fit For Me takes it to the next level, providing:

No matter how many sessions we have each week, you will receive consistent support, encouragement + coaching. Fit For Me clients should expect a comprehensive approach to establishing a healthier lifestyle.  Consider coupling Personal Training with Nutrition Coaching for a complete package.      

  • (1- 2) Individual 60 min. sessions per week: $50-$60*/session

  • (3) Individual 60 min. sessions per week: $125-$155*/week    

  • (1- 3) Individual 30 min. Strength Training sessions per week:$25-$35*/session
