Our personalized approach begins with an Initial Consultation to set clear goals, review your health history + complete a form evaluation. Together, we’ll create a tailored fitness plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. With flexible scheduling, form-focused workouts + one-on-one coaching, you’ll receive the motivation support you need to achieve lasting results.

 

At Fit For Me, we help support clients taking prescribed weight loss medications by helping build healthy, sustainable habits that go beyond the scale.  We provide personalized guidance on strength training, balanced nutrition, hydration and lifestyle routines to help maintain muscle mass, improve energy + support long-term success.  

Consider pairing Fitness Coaching + Nutrition Coaching for a holistic approach to a healthier you!  No matter how many sessions we have each week, you can expect constant support, encouragement + coaching!  Pricing is as follows:

      

  • Individual 60 min. sessions per week: $50-$60*/session    

  • Individual 30 min. Strength Training sessions per week:$25-$35*/session
